ABOUT TODD

He have spent much of his life trying to understand who we are, why we do what we do, and how we become who we feel we really are.

That pursuit has taken him through leadership, coaching, personal development, writing, and a great deal of self-examination. Along the way, he became convinced that many of the struggles we experience are rooted in the way life has shaped our identity and the way we see ourselves.

Today, Todd's work is centered on helping people recognize what has been distorted, develop greater self-governance, and reconnect with the design and purpose that may have become difficult to see.

WHY THIS WORK MATTERS TO TODD

The principles behind this work are not new. The language and understanding may have changed through the years, but that doesn't change the principles or the conversations we have around them.

It also doesn't change the process.

Todd naturally looks for the logic and process in everything. He tends to see life a lot like an equation. He believes that, outside of the miraculous, there is a logic behind most outcomes that can be understood and translated into a process.

The answer may be 4, but the equation could be 2 + 2, 6 - 2, 2 × 2, or 12 ÷ 3. Before we can solve it, we first have to understand what the equation is asking us to do.

What kind of problem are we actually trying to solve? What is our starting point? And what process will get us there?

Through his own studies over the years, he has developed equations for many of those questions. Some overlap with what others teach. Others take a different path. They have been shaped by experience, failure, application, and a life that looks very different today than where it began.

And that is why this work is deeply personal to him.

He know what life can deal. He knows despair and what it feels like to be stuck. He has known failure, mediocrity, struggle, and the frustration of knowing there has to be more but not knowing how to get there.

He also know what moved forward.

Todd had to do the math in my own life. These are the equations that helped him make sense of what was happening, understand what needed to change, and build something different.

His hope is simple:

That you can find the equation and make the math work in your own life.

Todd's perspective has been shaped in places where ideas have to work in real life.

For years, he has led people, built systems, solved problems, managed conflict, improved performance, and carried responsibility for outcomes. He has also been involved in multiple start-ups, where uncertainty, adaptation, and execution are part of the work from the beginning.

That experience taught him to pay attention not only to what people say they want, but to the patterns, habits, decisions, and environments that either move them forward or keep them stuck.

He has seen what happens when people grow into responsibility and what happens when they avoid it. He has watched confidence change performance, poor thinking limit capable people, and small changes in process create entirely different results.

Todd is a certified coach, trainer, and speaker through the John Maxwell Team and the founder of Domyn3 Inc., a platform for the work he believes he is meant to build.

He continues to study leadership, communication, human behavior, performance, and personal development, but does not separate theory from application. He wants to know whether an idea actually works when pressure is real, because people are imperfect, circumstances are messy, and results still matter.

EXPERIENCE, PRESPECTIVE, AND GROWTH

WHAT TODD BELIEVES

Todd believes people are capable of far more than they often realize, but potential alone is not enough. Growth requires us to recognize what has shaped us, take responsibility for how we respond, and develop the discipline to govern ourselves well. Identity influences behavior, behavior creates patterns, and patterns eventually shape the life we experience. He believes purpose is not something we manufacture. It is lived out through the design already present within us. And wholeness requires development across the whole person. Intellectually, emotionally, physically, and spiritually.

The work of becoming is not about creating a different person. It is about bringing more of the original one into view and learning to live from there.

THE WORK CONTINUES...

Todd's work is not centered on one book, one message, or one moment of change.

Through Domyn3 Inc., he is building a platform designed to help people recognize what life has distorted, govern themselves well, and live out purpose.

That work continues through books, speaking, coaching, and teaching, all designed to help people grow into greater wholeness, capability, and alignment with their original design.

Resuscitating Identity: The Internal is one beginning point.

The larger work is helping people build from there.

KEEP MOVING FORWARD

Resuscitating identity is not a one-time moment. It's the ongoing work of understanding your design, living your purpose, and becoming who you were always meant to be.
